Arts Festival, Skehana 1991

In 1991 a group of people were sitting in Costello’s Pub listening to Fr. Pat O’Brien talking about one of the highights of his year ……… attending Clifden Arts Festival. Someone in the group suggested that Skehana should run it’s own Arts Festival and so the seed of the first Skehana Arts Festival was sown.
