Fr. Thomas Burke         1931 – 1936

Fr Burke was born in Partry near Ballinrobe in 1892. He was educated at St. Jarlath’s College Tuam & St Patrick’s College, Maynooth. He Was ordained in 1917. HE ministered in Carraroe, Killawalla and Skehana. From Skehana, Fr Burke went Ballyhaunis and passed away there suddenly on November 29th. 1940 at the age of 48 and is laid to rest in the Church grounds.
