Ted Laheen talks with Sally Ann Barrett and relates his memories of his father Jimmy who was a blacksmith by trade. Jimmy introduced many state-of-the-art techniques to the trade and Jimmy’s family have retained many important documents and photographs. Also included here are a few memories that T.J. Scanlon holds as Jimmy worked for some time at McDonagh’s forge in Killoscobe before setting up his own business.
